How to get the buffered video in Google chrome

My aim is simple that just viewer get their result by simple. .

The answer is simple for windows 7

C:\Users\DELL\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Cache

Windows xp

step1: click windows+r (run tab will open)

step2: type %temp% and click enter

step3: Go folder back find the LOCAL folder and follow the path local/google/chrome/user data/default/cahce

from that cache arrange by date.

There are many file like f_000036# etc., like that find the most recent largest file of F_something file and rename its extension as .flv.

Some having problems, that they are not able to rename the extensions of the file
